We are exploring new real estate brokerage business and technology models to meet customers' changing demands in the Internet era.  We are building a platform that allows millions of people to buy and sell property cost-effectively, efficiently, and hassle-free.

  • Our broker team includes lawyers, accountants, and real estate gurus. We have the highest ethical standards and professionalism, and we think creatively to help you close deals.

  • All of our brokers passed background checks, including fingerprint checks.

  • We currently serve the Great Seattle Area. We will extend our services to other states soon.

  • Olaie is a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS). We will join other MLS soon to serve more clients in more regions.

  • We are capable of serving International clients. Some of our brokers speak Mandarin Chinese fluently.

  • We allow our clients to sign all documents online without using a fax machine or scanner unless there are special requirements.
